1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel great about GrowNest AI. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all GrowNest AI sales.

2. Free upgrade and cancellation

Upgrade any time, free of switching fees

You can move between Premium and Family plans, or change billing interval (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly), at any time. We do not charge a switching fee.

Cancel any time — keep access until period end

When you cancel a paid plan, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically returns to the Free plan. No further charges will be made.

3. How to request a refund

Refund requests are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can submit a request at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout.
