Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

GrowNest AI is operated by AL WASEL ALUMINIUM & GLASS CONT. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using GrowNest AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter into GrowNest AI. By creating a child profile, you confirm that you have the authority to share that child's information and manage their account.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Personal use only

GrowNest AI is for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not resell, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service.

Prohibited content

You may not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend accounts.

No misuse

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the service in any way that could damage or impair it.

5. Intellectual Property

GrowNest AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, milestone notes, etc.), and you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowNest AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowNest AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
